Organization Re-Registration is open!
Hello, Student Organization Leaders!
In preparation for the end of the spring semester, the Office of Student Life would like to update you on the following:
Student organization re-registration is open!
This is required for all student organizations, fraternities, and sororities. Re-registration forms must be completed by May 31st, at 11:59pm. Late registrations will not be accepted.
As a reminder, if your organization does not complete a re-registration form, you will not be listed as an active student organization*. This means the organization will not be able to participate in the involvement fair, reserve rooms, or spend any funds. To complete your re-registration, navigate to your organization's dashboard in 312, and follow the prompts in the blue box on the top of the screen.
Last day for purchases: May 1st!
All expense claims and requisitions must be submitted in BuyIt no later than the last weekday of class - Friday, May 1st, by 5:00pm. As the university fiscal year permanently closes on May 31st, we are not able to accept submissions after May 2nd and ensure they will processed within the current fiscal year. Purchasing will resume in August.
We are looking forward to seeing what your organizations accomplish in the final weeks of the semester, and are thrilled for all of your successes throughout this academic year!

*If your organization does not complete re-registration, your organization will be archived from 312. You will have to go through the new organization approval process to request to re-activate your student organization.
